Smart charging stops at 80% SoC automatically

A fleet manager sets a rule: stop charging at 80% SoC for all vehicles (to protect battery health). The OEM API provides real-time SoC. When a vehicle reaches 80%, OASIS HUB sends a stop command via the OEM API. No manual monitoring required.
