  • Charging session data: session start/end times, energy delivered (kWh), charger location, connector type, and session cost
  • Location data: approximate location when you use our mobile app to find nearby chargers (only when you grant permission)

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interactions with our platform

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our EV charging management platform
  • Process charging sessions and payments

  • Charging network operators (CPOs): when you charge at a CPO's station, they receive session data necessary for billing and operations
  • Payment processors: Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MercadoPago, Cielo, and Viva Wallet to process payments securely
  • ERP and accounting systems: if your operator uses an integrated ERP (OMIE, Moloni, Odoo, TOConline), session data is shared for invoicing
  • Roaming partners: when you use your account to charge on a partner network, your session data is shared with that network for settlement
  • Service providers: companies that help us operate our platform (hosting, analytics, email delivery) under strict data processing agreements
  • Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

  • Account data: retained while your account is active and for 3 years after account closure
  • Charging session data: retained for 7 years for tax and regulatory compliance
  • Payment records: retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
  • Support communications: retained for 3 years
  • Marketing consent records: retained until you withdraw consent
