How monetization works

OASIS HUB addons are built as modular extensions. Each addon declares its pricing in a manifest. The platform handles billing and pays you.

Addon pricing

Addons can be free or paid. In the addon manifest you set price (e.g. "free" or a tier). Paid addons are billed per tenant when they enable the extension.

Billing & payment to you

OASIS HUB collects fees from operators who install your addon. Certified developers receive a revenue share (e.g. 70% to you, 30% platform). Payouts are monthly via bank transfer or PayPal once you pass the threshold.

How addons are built

Addons are Python packages with a __manifest__.py (name, version, category, price, routes). They register REST endpoints and optional hooks. See the Addon Developer Guide for the full API.

How to become a certified developer

  1. 1.
Enroll - Submit the developer enrollment form with your contact details, company (if any), and a short description of the addon(s) you plan to build or already have.
  2. 2.
Agreement - We send you the OASIS HUB Marketplace Developer Agreement (revenue share, IP, support expectations). Sign and return.
  3. 3.
Review - Submit your addon (code or package). We review for security, compatibility, and documentation. Feedback within 2–3 weeks.
  4. 4.
Publish - Once approved, your addon is listed in the Marketplace. Operators can enable it per tenant. You earn when they pay.

What we look for

  • Clear addon purpose and documentation
  • No conflicts with existing OASIS HUB addons (or clear differentiation)
  • Secure use of APIs and tenant data
  • Compatibility with current OASIS HUB addon framework (manifest, routes, hooks)
