A driver on the Basic Plan (5 EUR/month, 20 kWh included) upgrades to Gold (15 EUR/month, 100 kWh included) mid-month. The system prorates the billing: 8 days remaining on Basic, 23 days on Gold. One invoice, correct amounts, no manual calculation.
Corporate fleet subscription
A company with 20 EVs subscribes to a Corporate Plan: 200 EUR/month, 500 kWh included, all drivers covered. At month end, one invoice is generated with all 20 drivers sessions as line items. Finance team approves in minutes.
Failed payment recovered automatically
A subscriber card expires. The system retries the payment 3 times over 7 days, sends dunning emails, and grants a 3-day grace period. The driver updates their card on day 5. Payment succeeds. Subscription continues uninterrupted.
