A Dutch eMSP launched gamification features: weekly challenges, achievement badges, and city leaderboards. After 3 months, drivers who engaged with gamification (completed at least one challenge) charged 2.3x more frequently than non-gamified drivers. App session time increased by 4.1x. Monthly churn for gamified drivers was 2.1% vs 8.7% for non-gamified drivers.
