Time-of-use tariff shifts charging to off-peak

A CPO sets peak tariff 0.45 EUR/kWh (07:00-22:00) and off-peak 0.25 EUR/kWh (22:00-07:00). Overnight charging increases by 34%. Energy costs decrease because off-peak electricity is cheaper. Drivers who charge overnight save 44% vs peak.

DC fast charger priced higher than AC

A CPO sets AC tariff at 0.35 EUR/kWh and DC fast charger at 0.55 EUR/kWh. The higher DC price reflects the higher infrastructure cost and faster service. Revenue per session for DC chargers increases by 57%.
